Accommodation Details:

• Main House Bedrooms: One double room and one twin room, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Studio Bedroom: A self-contained double studio below the main villa, with a private entrance, seating area, ensuite shower, and kitchenette.

The villa also features expansive outdoor terraces on every level, including a spacious roof terrace perfect for taking in the coastal scenery.

Amenities:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven with a 4-ring hob, and a dining set for six. Pots, pans, and cutlery are also provided.

Living Room: Offers stunning sea views, cozy seating, air conditioning, a water cooler, a TV, and a selection of board games. The room opens onto a large dining terrace and includes access to a downstairs toilet.

Bedroom 1 (Double, Ensuite): Includes a large double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, hairdryer, and safe. The room opens onto a terrace with a swing chair and has a modern ensuite with a rainfall shower.

Bedroom 2 (Twin, Ensuite): Features two single beds, a dressing table, and hanging space, with a compact ensuite bathroom. This room provides access to the roof terrace.

Studio Bedroom 3 (Self-Contained): Located below the main villa, the studio has its own entrance, kitchenette with sink and fridge, a large double bed, seating area, and an ensuite shower room. Outside, a small terrace provides direct access to the pool.
